I just have received my backup copy, but I still cannot download the software. What is the solution ?

During the install process, I have been asked to enter a serial number (or license number), where can I find it?

The serial number (or licence number) is in the email sent to you just after you placed your order (product part). If you do not find this number in your invoice, do not hesitate to contact us.

I just have bought a software, but after the installation, I still have a message informing me that I am still using a trial version. What is the problem ?

If you already have a trial version of Winzip on your computer, you must uninstall it first. To do so, go to the configuration panel of Windows, then double click on Add/Remove Programs. At the end of the list, double click on Winzip. After having completely uninstalled Winzip, you can install the full version. To be sure to install the right version, check that you have the following message when you start the installation process : “This version If this is not the case, it means that you are not using the right file. You should go to the downlad page indicated at the end of your confirmation email, and only from this one.

I am using Reverso Express and I can only translate in one way. Is that normal ?

How do I upgrade to another edition of Windows 7 by using Windows Anytime Upgrade ?

You will not require a DVD or any other media in order to upgrade your Windows version and you will not receive any after having ordered. All you will need is a product key supplied into your Digital Locker customer account after purchase.

Here's how to begin :

1. Open Windows Anytime Upgrade by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type anytime upgrade, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Anytime Upgrade.

Some files are corrupted during installation.

This error is caused by an incomplete download, interrupted by micro outages in your Internet connection or a bad wireless connection.

First, if your computer is connected to your modem by wireless WiFi, consider using an Ethernet cable which allows a more stable signal.

Can I install my software on more than one PC?

This depends the type of software licence you purchased.

In most cased software is valide for one computer only at a time, which means that you can uninstall from one computer to install and to use it on another computer.

We offer several programs with so called multi-user licences, that can be used on 3 or 5 computers. This software can be installed on different computers accordingly.

Why can I no longer download my program?

Please note that you have to download your software within 21 days from date of purchase. Please archive the software on your computer or on a special backup medium to make it available in case of new installation.

How do I redeem my coupon or promocode?

When you add a product to your shopping cart, you can redeem a promocode. Simply enter the promocode into the field and click on the button “Redeem promocode”. Your order total will be reduced by the coupon value.

What is a Backup DVD?

A backup DVD contains a copy of the software that you purchased on softwareload. It can be purchased during the check-out process.

The backup DVD contain the same files you were able to download after the buy process, including electronic manuals and licence files. Wheather you receive a CD or a DVD, depends on the file size of the software.

Please note, that a Backup CD or DVD has special specifications linked to your order - order cancellation is not possible.

You can save the download file anywhere you like but you should make sure to remember that location or the name of the downloaded file. Most people find it easiest to save their download file on their Desktop.

What will happen when I download?

Once the download starts, you will see a pop-up with a status bar and a percentage that will climb to 100%.

What should I do after I download?

When the download finishes, you should go to the location where you saved the file and double-click on it to begin installation.

What if the download stops before it completes?

If your download stops or is interrupted before it completes, simply click the Begin Download button again and the download should resume where it left off.

I finished downloading my purchase. Where was the file saved?

The file was saved in the default "Save As" location specified by your browser, or the location you selected in the "Save As" window that appeared when the download began. If you know the name of the download file, you can search for the file on your computer.
